• The Group is restricted to residents in the association area: Cornelscourt Hill, Kerrymount Rise, Hainault Drive, Hainault Grove, Hainault Lawn, Kerrymount Mall, Kerrymount Green, Kerrymount Close and Gort na Mona Drive
• This is a Group that will be used purely to share and update any valuable advice and information on current safety and security issues in our area provided by Gardai, however the association may use this to announce or remind events such as "clean up days" from time to time. 
• Please first report any security incidents to the authorities, and then share with the Group. If you see anything suspicious, always remember, never to endanger yourself in any way. If in doubt, please call Cabinteely Garda Station on 01 6665400 . The station is open to the public 7am - 9 pm every day, and the phone is manned 24/7. 
  
• No messages to the Group are to be sent between 10pm and 8am unless there is an "absolute" emergency. 
• The Group is not a CHAT group. Please only post messages on issues relevant to the Group and keep discussion relevant to the issue posted. Please avoid any unnecessary chatter. There is no need for thumbs up or "thank you" after announcements. 
• Please respect privacy of residents. 
• Do not raise any personal issues on the Group, name or make reference in a negative manner to individuals or make any statements you would not be happy making in a court of law. 
• The Group administrator or a designated member of the FRSA association committee may remove any member of the Group without notice at any time at our absolute discretion. Admission or readmission to the Group is at the sole discretion of the Group administrator or members designated by the FSRA committee from time to time. 
• All residents are welcome to join the Group but please do not post "add member requests" in the Group, rather send details by email to info@fsra.ie
• The association accepts no responsibility for the information posted on the Group, or for the omission, timeliness or accuracy of information.
• We will make reasonable efforts to remove information that we deem unsuitable at our absolute discretion, or could be reasonably seen as unsuitable within 90 days of being notified of the information. Where it is not possible to reasonably remove any information due to the nature of the functioning of Whatsapp or due to lack of necessary cooperation by Whatsapp we will make reasonable efforts post a notice to this effect within 90 days in the Group once we are notified in writing of the information.
• All information in the Group is private and confidential and is meant solely for the intended participants.
  
• You must not post any material to the Group that is illegal or offensive in nature.
• If you have been invited to the Group in error and you are not an intended recipient please notify the sender and remove the invitation and all information that is in your possession immediately
• The association reserve the right to close down the Group without notice at their absolute discretion. 
• If you cease to be a member of the Group your information and posts may remain in the Group history and be accessible  
• You agree and acknowledge that all information posted by you or other members on the Group, including your phone number, name and any other details you supply will be visible to other members of the Group or future members of the Group
• Users of the Group agree that they waive all rights to content posted including but not limited to intellectual property rights
  
• User must not post information to the Group or use posted information in the Group in breach of GDPR regulation in force or as amended from time to time.
• Users must not scrape data from the Group and store it electronically or in hardcopy form
• Users of the Group agree that they waive all rights to legal remedy of any nature against the association and its members jointly or individually relating to use of the Group, its users or content posted to it. In addition users of the Group hold the association and its members jointly and individually harmless from any and all claims including but not limited to claims for damages and/or legal costs.

By using our Whatsapp group you agree to these rules individually and in their entirety and undertake to be bound by them even if you cease to be a member of the group. If any of the rules is found not to be enforceable in law all the other rules continue to apply. If you do NOT want to be a member of the Group please notify the association by email and we will make reasonable efforts to remove you within 90 days.
